Create relaxing, welcoming spaces for residents, including play and rest areas. Planning and Design Preliminary study of the environment and local needs. Participatory design involving residents and local stakeholders. Selection of plants suited to the climate and exposure of the green spaces. Green Amenities and Infrastructure Creation of shared gardens and urban vegetable plots to encourage citizen participation. Installation of cycling paths and walking trails to promote soft mobility. Installation of fountains and water features to keep spaces pleasant and refreshing. Sustainability and Environmental Management Use of recycled and sustainable materials to limit the ecological footprint of the developments.
