From Gavarnie - two options - (1h30): 1 - at the start of the village, after crossing a stone bridge, go up the trail and follow the markers. 2 - At the exit of the village, after the Bergerie campsite, heading toward the Cabane de Pailla, a fork leads to the Cabane D'Alans. 1h30 from the fork. From the Refuge des Espuguettes (1h): Follow the yellow markers (very visible), cross three streams (! high flow and sometimes snow present !).
