Aldeia Guajanaira — an indigenous village in southeastern Pará (Brazil), associated with the Guajanaíra Indigenous Reserve currently being created. On March 8, 2024, the Ministério Público Federal recommended that the Union create the Guajanaira Indigenous Reserve; on November 18, 2025, the Brazilian government announced during COP 30 the homologation of 4 Terras Indígenas and the signing of 10 declaratory ordinances — Funai approved the establishment of ten Indigenous Reserves covering more than 49,000 cumulative hectares. An Amazonian setting threatened by deforestation (134 ha cumulative through 2021 in the area). Region of infrastructure projects linked to Carajás.
