The place

Backcountry mountaineering and ski hut managed by the Whistler Section of the Alpine Club of Canada (ACC), in the Marriott Basin in British Columbia. Gothic arch building 24 ft long, 14 ft wide and 19 ft high, designed by Werner Himmelsbach. Capacity for 16 people plus 4 wardens. Wood heating, large kitchen with 4 sinks and 3 counters, solar lighting on both levels, USB outlets. ATES Challenging terrain: an outing for experienced skiers and mountaineers.
