Rustic 12 x 14 ft (3.7 x 4.3 m) cabin in the Chugach National Forest (USFS), at the east end of Swan Lake on the Resurrection Pass Trail, on the Kenai Peninsula near Seward, Alaska. Mixed spruce-birch forest and open meadows with views over the lake and surrounding mountains. Sleeps 6, equipped with a table, wood stove, splitting maul, crosscut saw, outhouse, and rowboat. No running water or electricity, no mattresses or bedding, no cooking utensils, no cut firewood. Access by hiking, mountain bike, ski, horse, or snowmobile. Reservations up to 180 days in advance via recreation.gov or 1-877-444-6777.
