Refuge du lac d 'Oô

The place

Staffed refuge in Haute-Garonne, set at 1504 m on the south shore of the Lac d'Oô, at the foot of a 275 m waterfall fed by the Lac d'Espingo. Managed in the spirit of the Luchonnais refuges, it serves as a classic stop on routes toward Espingo, the Portillon and the Pic du Perdiguère. Capacity of 25 sleeping places spread across dormitories and rooms (rooms for 1 and 2 people, dormitories of 6). Half-board, meals, drinks and snacks available. Open in summer season, with extended staffing depending on conditions.
