Rebuilt after a fire in 2017, it was inaugurated in 2022, offering visitors a warm spot to rest and enjoy the natural surroundings. Location The Refuge des Agriers is accessible from the town of Eygurande (Corrèze), following the forest track leading to the Agriers massif. It is located near a pond, on the border of the Creuse and the Châteauvert forest. For visitors coming from the Creuse, access is only via footpaths and trails. Amenities The Refuge des Agriers is equipped with 2 tables, a fireplace to be used with caution, toilets, and a water point for visitors' comfort. Cost and Funding The rebuilding cost of the refuge came to 7.5 million euros, funded by the Fédération française des clubs alpins et de montagne, along with public and private partners.
