The place

Building at 1607 m, former restaurant of the Vauplane ski resort, owned by the municipality of Soleilhas (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence), between Castellane and Saint-André-les-Alpes. Closed year-round since late 2020. A few unauthorized entries have occurred due to structural deterioration; no reopening project is currently planned by the municipality.
