Olive Hut

The place

Small stone alpine hut at 2,650 m overlooking the Catamount Glacier (Purcell Range, British Columbia, Canada). Managed by the Columbia Valley Hut Society (CVHS). Access requires glacier skills and experience only. Sleeps 4 (mattresses provided for 4); overflow if more than 4, with possible bivouac nearby. Basic dishware, propane stove and lantern provided. Short, undeveloped climbing routes on Bugaboo granite nearby.
