Jim Haberl Hut

The place

A mountaineering hut managed by the Vancouver section of the Alpine Club of Canada (ACC), at Serratus-Dione col in the Tantalus Range at 1,800 m, about 65 km northwest of Vancouver (Coast Mountains). Serves as a base for mountaineering in the range. Accessible via a 6-hour walk from Lake Lovely Water and the Tantalus Hut, but most visitors arrive by helicopter.
