Elk Lake Cabin

The place

Free shelter on the Sunshine Coast Trail at 832 metres elevation, nestled among the trees on the shore of Elk Lake (Powell River, British Columbia, Canada). Built in spring 2011 by the local ATV club and qPAWS. Capacity for ten sleepers in a mezzanine. Facilities: dry toilets, picnic tables, outdoor fire pit, swimming dock usable in summer. All Sunshine Coast Trail shelters are free, first come first served.
