The place

Log cabin managed by the US Forest Service in Chugach National Forest, Kenai Mountains (south-central Alaska, USA). Located at the intersection of Devil's Creek Trail and Resurrection Pass Trail; one of nine cabins along the 38-mile Resurrection Pass Trail. Six bunk beds, maximum capacity eight people. Equipment: oil stove, countertop, table, benches; outdoor toilet. Reservation required via recreation.gov, rate $75/night.
