The place
KMC cabin at about 1,929 m in a stand of trees south-west of Copper Mountain (Bonnington Range, British Columbia, Canada), surrounded by a 2-hectare non-motorised use zone. Built by the KMC in 1985-1986 with the Ministry of Forests. Three bunks each able to sleep 2 people head-to-toe, for a maximum of 6 places (foam mattresses not supplied). Wood stove, bench, table. 2-burner Coleman gas stove and Coleman propane lantern (bring your own 1 lb bottles). Part of the Bonnington 4-hut circuit (Grassy, Steed, Copper, Lost). Booking via the KMC.
