Large private chalet at 1410 m in the Bornes-Aravis massif (Haute-Savoie), used as a summer refreshment stand, part of which is reserved as a livestock byre. Weatherproof, lockable, freely accessible. Spartan comfort: 2 mattress places. Water from the stream needs treating (livestock present).
