The place

Alpine-pasture chalet at 2400 m in the commune of Bessans (Haute-Maurienne, Savoie). Private weekly rental, maximum capacity of 3 people, arrivals on Saturday (departure from Bessans or the final car park). Not a free-access refuge: rates from €750/week (tourist tax extra), booking required with Marion Pautas and Raphaël Bernard. Main room combining kitchen, sleeping area (140 cm and 120 cm beds) and bathroom with shower. Solar electricity with sockets, wood stove (fuel included), spring water, storage cellar included, outdoor terrace with barbecue. Pets accepted under conditions, non-smoking.
