Cabane du Ravin du Bramaïre

The place

Basic cabin at 720 m in the Préalpes de Digne (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence). Walls, floor and roof in wood, door tied shut with rope, an opening serves as a glassless window. Capacity for 5 to 6 people, but the building is in very poor condition — mainly usable as storm shelter. A route linking the Trois Bastides to the Saint-Joseph de la Pérusse chapel runs nearby.
