Cabane du Clot des Vaches

The place

Closed, privately owned shepherd's cabin at 2,260 m altitude in the Cerces-Ambin massif (Savoie). It offers only a very small open shelter equipped with a table and a bench, which can serve as a temporary rain shelter but has no sleeping arrangements. For a real stop in the area, it's better to head to the Bergerie du Clot d'Âne or the nearby Refuge du Clôt des Vaches.
