The place
Communal hut at 1610 m in the Écrins massif (Hautes-Alpes, Alps), left freely accessible by the La Chalp town hall. Renovated in 1986 by Patrick Chaize. Capacity 6 spots. Stove, outdoor barbecue, plenty of firewood, stream a few hundred metres away. Access from the hamlet of Faures via the Vallon de Malentraz.
