The place

Hut at 1687 m in the Comminges (Haute-Garonne), below the Cap de Salière, below the last bend of the track that climbs from Saint-Paul-d'Oueil to the pass below the Cap de Salière. One of 2 huts in the area, about 100 m from the track. Open, spring just below, a 1-person foam mattress (but room for 2 people). Watertight but basic comfort, sleeps 4 people with dirty foam mattresses; for use in an emergency.
