Bruni's Snow Bowl Hut

The place

Unmanned hut managed by the Mount Tahoma Trails Association (MTTA), a non-profit organization, in the southern section of the Mount Tahoma Trails near Ashford, in the state of Washington (United States), on the foothills of Mount Rainier. Maximum capacity of 14 people spread across one large room and one small room with bunk beds and floor mats. Winter access via groomed trails for cross-country skiing or snowshoeing; summer access via forest roads. Online reservation required for the current season (November to November). Wilderness setting: come equipped with the ten essentials and be self-sufficient for backcountry conditions.
