Brew Hut

The place

Free hut managed by the UBC Varsity Outdoor Club (VOC), located near the summit of Mount Brew west of the Sea-to-Sky Highway between Squamish and Whistler (British Columbia, Canada), at 1,680 meters altitude. Comfortable capacity of about 12 people (up to 16-19 if packed in). Heavy snow area in winter, a popular backcountry skiing destination; in summer, hiking in the heather meadows around Brew Lake. First come, first served; online sign-up encouraged to avoid overcrowding.
