The place

Planned sleeping capacity: 8. Places on mattresses: 8 - Good insulation - Blankets, pillows - 1 table - 2 benches - 1 shovel - Water can be found at the lake of course and at springs a little before. Val Di Lanzo: North Access - Val di Ala: Road access up to Balme. Follow the GTA, passing the pretty little Laghi Verdi, then arrive at the bivouac at the foot of the Passo Paschiet 2435m. South access - Val di Viu: Road access up to Lemie, then drive as high as possible towards the Ovarda alpine pasture. Climb to the Passo Paschiet to cross over to the bivouac side. Note: You can also start from Usseglio, a bit further up the valley, via the GTA which joins the Colletto di Costa Fiorita 2468m; the climb via the GTA on this pass is very long (1200m of ascent), on a grassy trail sometimes poorly marked (it is the GTA after all!), with some steep sections that can be slippery in wet conditions ... Choose wisely ... Owner: Rotary Club Cirié, Valli di Lanzo. Information: - CAI Lanzo - Phone: +39 360444949
