Sleeping spots: 3. The cabin is surrounded by fencing that shouldn't be climbed over, to keep it in good condition. There is a gate near the cross (make sure to close it properly to stop sheep from coming in to nibble the plantings). - The cabin's entrance is on the south face. - The chimney is blocked off and therefore unusable. A two-room cabin. 3 camp beds on site. Typical of the local pastoral architecture. Set at the bottom of the combe, it can get very cold there in winter. If you're coming up from Le Chazelet, it's nearly flat and quick going. 1h30 from the village of Le Chazelet, to the south. No difficulty, you pass through the hamlets, on the left bank of the stream, barely any climbing. The cabin sits at the bottom of the small valley, overlooked by the Pic du Mas de la Grave. Private owner. This cabin belongs to a family who has been fixing it up for several years. They generously make it available to hikers in difficulty.
