The place

Traditional log cabin on the northern shore of Lake Kylmäluoma in northern Finland, managed by the Kylmäluoma Centre near Hossa National Park (Kainuu/Pohjois-Pohjanmaa). Capacity for 6 people. Facilities: wood stove, sauna, kitchenette, bedroom; no electricity — candle and firelight, lake water (drinking water to be brought). Outbuildings: rowboat, jetty, outdoor fire pit, fish-smoking equipment. Dogs allowed (dedicated kennel). Suitable for fishing, hiking, foraging, and relaxation.
