The place
Historic hut at 1,394 m in Kosciuszko National Park (NSW, Australia). Built in 1952 by Clarrie Butler from the remains of a neighboring 1880s homestead. The original homestead, still standing in the 1960s, was quite large (four rooms and a hallway). Managed by the Kosciuszko Huts Association (KHA).
