The place

A rest cabin ("taukotupa") located along the Fäboda hiking trail in Pietarsaari/Jakobstad, Ostrobothnia (Finland). One of the stops on the roughly 40 km Fäboda network of mixed-use trails (hiking, running, mountain biking) through wetlands, forest and coastline. A building offering overnight stays, firewood, and a free-access barbecue area. Managed by the city of Pietarsaari. Capacity not specified in the municipal listing.
