The place

Tourist house of the Hétdomb Természetbarát Egyesület in the eastern Mecsek, 3-4 km from Szászvár (Baranya, Hungary), nestled deep in the forest. Total capacity 21 people (12 + 9). **No electricity**: wood-stove heating, oil-lamp lighting, water drawn from nearby springs. Open year-round. Rates: adults 900 Ft/night, students (≤16 years) 600 Ft/night, heating surcharge 100 Ft, camping 400 Ft/night. Access from Várvölgy via the waymarked trail, or several routes from Szászvár and Magyaregregy.
