Várhegyi Meteor pihenő ("Vár Meteor Rest Stop") in Heves county, Eger/Felsőtárkány area (Bükk, northern Hungary, Hungary), at 508 m elevation, in the Bükk range (Istállós-kő, 959 m). Continuous northern Hungary cluster (batches 230-341). Pihenő ("rest stop") of the Meteor Sport Egyesület (a sports club founded in the 1930s in Eger, named after Meteor Bükkzsérc), an area of karst beech-hornbeam forest in the Bükk (Bükki NP, 43,000 ha, Hungary's first national park, established 1976, with Europe's densest concentration of prehistoric caves, Aurignacian, 40,000 years of modern humans, Suba-lyuk/Balla Cave), heritage of Eger wine (Egri Bikavér, "Bull's Blood", Kadarka + Kékfrankos, named for the blood shed in the 1552 battle against 200,000 Ottomans under Suleiman, defended by 2,000 men under István Dobó).
