The place

Staffed FFCAM refuge at 1250 m in the commune of Les Rousses (Jura), on the Franco-Swiss border, at the heart of the Haut-Jura Regional Nature Park. Capacity of 43 places in 13 dormitories (42 places in shared rooms of 2 to 5, plus 1 private room). Recently renovated, wheelchair accessible, pets allowed, WiFi. Half-board only (full board possible for groups of 10+). No self-service kitchen or independent midday dining room. Family-style meals. A hub for Nordic and alpine skiing, snowshoeing, hiking and cycling. 16 places approved for youth/education groups. Warden Valentin Larderet.
