The place
Former hunting lodge converted into a trekking hut by Sachsenforst since 30 June 2016. Located in the left-hand part of the Elbsandsteingebirge east of the Rotstein (457 m altitude) and the Winterleite forest road, Rosenthal forest district. Twelve sleeping places, mostly in the large room with a stove. Open from April to October, on the Forststeig Elbsandstein. Outdoor facilities: seating, firewood, water for washing, dry toilets.
