Torsdalsbu

The place

Unstaffed cabin of DNT Sør, owned by Aust-Agder Turistforening since 1998, in Setesdal Austheien (southern Norway). An easily accessible log cabin located beside a forest track roughly 300 meters before the Torsdalsdammen dam. Nine beds in total, five of which can be pre-booked; opened with a DNT key (rental required). A popular starting point for crossings of the Austheien and for links to neighboring cabins (Bjørnevasshytta, Bossbu).
