Free Metsähallitus autiotupa south-east of the village of Toivakka, along the Ranua-Simojärvi snowmobile trail (southern Lapland). Coordinates 65.9870° N, 26.9346° E. Standard autiotupa equipment: bunks, table, benches, stove, dry toilet, sometimes a gas stove, firewood and axe provided. Free stop, no booking, 1-2 nights maximum under the open-huts arrangement.
