DOC hut in Te Urewera (East Coast/Bay of Plenty). **Current status to be verified with Ngāi Tūhoe**: Te Uru Taumatua decommissioned 29 huts in the park in 2022 (by burning them), and demolitions were ruled illegal by the High Court in 2023; TUT withdrew its appeal in late 2023.
