The place

Free hut (autiotupa) managed by Metsähallitus in the municipality of Kittilä (Finnish Lapland). Six sleeping places in total, fireplace for heating and cooking; no gas, no sauna, no water, firewood to be brought by occupants. Free, shared accommodation, first come first served, stays limited to one or two nights according to autiotupa rules.
