Refuge Features Accommodation: The refuge can host up to four people for a night under the stars. It consists of two dry-stone "caselles" linked by a terrace, offering a sleeping experience that is both rustic and comfortable. Living Work of Art: This installation was designed by the artist-architects of the Encore-Heureux collective and Pieter Dijkstra. Built in 2020 by the team of builders led by Vincent Caussanel, it is a masterpiece combining architecture, art and nature. Open to All: This refuge is open to everyone, all year round, with no need to book. It offers a unique opportunity to reconnect with nature in a peaceful and artistic setting. Protected Environment: Please note that the site is a fragile natural area. Visitors are therefore asked to respect the environment by not lighting fires and avoiding picking plants. Amenities: Although the site has no water, dry toilets are available a short distance away, 300 metres, near the GR trail.
