Getting there
Unstaffed DNT hut, 2 buildings. 14 beds total (8 in the renovated building + 6 in the other). Equipped kitchen, bedding provided, provisions in the pantry. NO electricity; gas, wood stove, candles. Water from the stream. Bus from Ringebu to Atnasjøen café (12 km, ~3.5 hours on to the cabin). Easy terrain, family-friendly. Annual CLOSURE from 25 September for the elk hunting season.

Former sæter beside a river (municipality of Stor-Elvdal or Rendalen, Hedmark/Innlandet, 61.91°N 10.37°E, 850 m, Norway). Within one of Norway's 24 wild reindeer areas. Hedmark cluster with Klintkoia (batch 55, 60.64/12.49).
