The place

Trail hut run by the Naturskyddsföreningen of Döderhult, on the Ostkustleden trail (16 miles, 8 stages) in the Swedish Småland. Main building: 2 rooms and a kitchen; annex cabin: 2 rooms. Electricity, electric hotplate, wood stove and fireplace. Water from a well 75 m away (must be boiled before drinking), dry toilets and a woodshed. Rate: 100 SEK/person in the cabin, 50 SEK for tent camping.
