The place

Ørsta's hut on the Standaleidet plateau in the Sunnmøre Alps (Møre og Romsdal), a starting point for Kolåstinden (1432 m) and Nordre Sætretinden (1365 m). The DNT-run section has 12 bunks with kitchen, living room and bathroom; the main section (60 places) belongs to the Ålesund ski club. Road accessible year-round from Follestaddalen or Store Standal in Hjørundfjord.
