Second refuge in the valley, about 15 minutes from the first (Alpe di Marcri). A stop on routes exploring Val Marcri — a distinctive high-altitude valley roughly a thousand metres above the village of Personico. Rocky, steep terrain in places up to the Cascina di Lago and the small lake of Val Marcri.
