The place

DNT self-service cabin built in 1987 as a stopover between Sprongdalshytta and Skridulaupbu, in the heart of the Breheimen range (Innlandet/Vestland, Norway), with the Jostedalsbreen glacier within reach. Easy approach from Sota Sæter, suitable for families. No dogs allowed inside the main cabin; a heated emergency cabin has three dog kennels (bring the dog's own bedding). Fishing possible at Mysubyttvatnet, a few meters from the cabin. Access via a DNT key, booking through hyttebestilling.dnt.no.
