Objectives and Actions Awareness: Inform and educate visitors on the importance of preserving biodiversity and ecosystems. Waste reduction: Set up selective sorting bins and incentives to reduce waste. Use of natural resources: Promote renewable energy and limit drinking-water consumption. Responsible development: Design hiking trails that respect local wildlife and flora. Innovations and Best Practices Environmental certification: Obtain labels and certifications to ensure compliance with environmental standards. Local partnerships: Collaboration with local stakeholders to promote a circular economy and support local initiatives. Impact measurement: Regular monitoring of the environmental impact of activities and adjustment of actions accordingly. Awareness and Engagement The project is also committed to raising awareness and involving the local community, visitors and tourism stakeholders in a sustainable-development and natural-area-preservation approach. Funding and Support Allocated budget: 500,000 euros. Financial partners: Public bodies, private sponsors and European subsidies. Schedule and Implementation Planning: Actions begin in September. Monitoring: Regular evaluation of actions and adjustments if necessary. Project duration: Over a period of 3 years.
