Continuous Slovakia cluster (batches 281-309). A salaš (traditional sheep farm/mountain pasture) producing PDO bryndza (fermented sheep's cheese, national Slovak heritage, artisanal production under threat), heritage of the Vlachs (Roma transhumant shepherds from the 15th century, Balkans → Carpathians).
