Self-service DNT cabin at 447 m near Lake Rostolvatnet at Rostolen, Aure municipality (Møre og Romsdal). Shortest access: 45-minute walk from Tverrbotnsetra. Fourteen beds spread across two adjoining buildings. Facilities: gas stove, full cooking and serving utensils, wood-burning stove, 12 V power, mobile network coverage. Provisions available on site (tinned goods, breakfast items). Fishing in Rovatnet. Dogs allowed only in the annexe. Water drawn from Rostolvatnet. Self-service: sign the register then pay via the DNT app on departure. About half the beds can be booked in advance, valid until 7 pm on the day. Useful base for nearby peaks (Bergsfjellet, Rostolen, Pikfjellet, Mannen).
