The place

A cluster of DNT cabins managed by Troms Turlag in northern Indre Troms, close to the Swedish border (northern Norway), at 465 metres of altitude. A stop on the Nordkalottrutta, the Grensesømmen and the E1 trail. 33 beds in total: Jubileumshytta with 13 beds across 3 rooms with solar power (lighting and USB charging), Nye Rostahytta with 8 beds across 3 rooms, Gamle Rostahytta with 6 beds in one room, and a dog annex with 4 beds attached to the outbuilding. All Troms Turlag cabins are equipped with a wood stove, gas cooker and kitchen equipment. Fine views of the snow-capped peaks from the front of the hut.
