The place

Mountain refuge in the wild Lagorai region (Trentino, Italy), at 1,566 m. Open year-round: summer from 29 May to 4 October, autumn weekends, Christmas period. Cosy stone rooms with exposed beams, private bathrooms (shower, bidet, WC, sink). Restaurant across 4 traditional dining areas, seating up to 200, Trentino cuisine by chef Roberto using local produce. Half-board supplement €25. Summer activities: hiking, mountain biking, alpine lakes, cheese-dairy visits. Winter: guided night snowshoeing, ski mountaineering. Close to Arte Sella, Levico Terme, the Vaia trail.
