Small abandoned shelter-cabin in the Monti della Laga (Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga National Park, Abruzzo), at 1737 m, near the Cascata della Cavata — a notable waterfall of the Fosso della Cavata. Classic 12 km loop from Ceppo (600 m elevation gain), CAI-marked, part of the Sentiero Italia. The shelter serves as a waypoint on routes linking the Rifugio della Fiumata to the sources of the Tordino. Abandoned but the structure is still identifiable, a minimal stopover.
