Refugio de los Fenales

The place

Unmanned refuge at 1378 m near Used, municipality of Sabiñánigo (Huesca, Aragon, Spanish Pyrenees), in the fenales area of Used, a sector of vast pastures. Two-storey building with fireplace, stone table and benches, and a fountain fed by an underground rainwater reservoir. Capacity 8 people, summer and winter alike. Managed by the Sierra y Cañones de Guara Natural Park. A stage on the ascent of Tozal de Guara from Bentue de Nocito and on numerous routes on the north side of Guara.
