A bit of history
Ancienne maison forestière (casa forestal) sur le mont d'utilité publique n°113 « Huesas del Vasallo », propriété de la mairie de Cuenca, dans le Parc naturel de la Serranía de Cuenca. En 2025, la mairie a lancé un appel d'offres pour concéder sa gestion (bail de 10 ans, prolongeable de 5), resté infructueux au premier tour.
