The place

Emergency refuge at 2221 m at the top of the Besiberri ravine, next to the Estanyet, in the Alta Ribagorça (Catalonia), close to the Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici national park. Capacity of 9 people. Intended exclusively to cover unforeseen situations — protection in the event of bad weather or emergency: it cannot be used for leisure purposes or planned overnight stays.
