Forest refuge near the village of Bescaran (municipality of Les Valls de Valira, Alt Urgell, Catalonia) at 2010 m (DB shows 2012 m), just above the Coll de Midós. A setting of high-altitude pastures and mixed forest, a base for hikes and excursions in the Alt Urgell. Refuge-type accommodation with shared bunk-bed rooms, an equipped kitchen, a dining room with tables and benches, showers and toilets. A welcoming atmosphere for disconnecting in the mountains and a starting point toward neighbouring peaks and passes, including Costa-rèvol.
